1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 9j99 platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service") and its users ("User", "you"). By accessing or using the 9j99 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 9j99 is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Any new payment methods added will be announced on the website.

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party accounts or anonymous payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

• Withdrawals will always be returned to the original deposit payment method.
• 9j99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.
• Withdrawals linked to fraudulent or illegal activity may be declined.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 9j99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25x applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 VIP Program

9j99 has three VIP tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP benefits and cashback rules are subject to change. Any changes will be announced on the website.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are created, gaming patterns are manipulated, or any other strategy is used with the intent of abusing bonuses, 9j99 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated bonuses.

6. Fair Play Policy

9j99 is committed to ensuring a fair and equal environment for all players. All games on the platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

• Attempting to influence game results using any kind of software tool or bot is prohibited.
• Any advantage gained through a technical error or system failure is not valid, and 9j99 reserves the right to void any rewards related to such incidents.
• 9j99's decisions on game outcomes are considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9j99 platform:

• Conducting transactions using funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Operating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or spreading false information about other users.

In the event of any of the above violations, 9j99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified where applicable.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

9j99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• The need to comply with legal obligations.

8.2 User Rights

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance present before the request will be withdrawable subject to applicable terms. Contact the 9j99 support team to close your account.

9. Responsible Gaming
